Casing of tower is made of Fiber glass reinforced plastic/ wooden or fabricated designed, bottled / square type for long life, resistant to water borne contamination and strong wind velocity, attractive looks and minimum running maintenance. An additional embossing is provided for extra strength in case of large capacity.

A pre- eminent quality of PVC Fill constructed in honey comb design to increase surface area, splits incoming air and water into several streams spread equally across the tower cross section.

It is completely leak proof water basin which avoids spillage and seepage of water. It is of deep sump to ensure maximum water level at all times and made of FRP with additional reinforcement in large size to take care of extra water weight.

This sprinkler rotates by self-propulsion gives uniform distribution of water without any pressure over the honeycomb fill. The head side includes ball bearing to ensure smooth movement and reduces maintenance.

An Electro Magnectic Motor with long shaft & water proof design of entire range with protection IP-55 and "F" class insultion have been developed as per latest National and International practices and conforms in general to ISI(IS-325) recommendation.

An aerodynamically designed axial flow type fan is well balanced with variable pitch for low vibration and high efficiency. The fan is made in aluminum alloy & FRP in additional cost.

To reduce "carry out losses" through entrainment of moisture drops in the air stream by specially designed multi-blade drift eliminator made of F.R.P./PVC sheets.
